A heartbreak? When a lot of people hear this word, they think is just a normal word, but it is probably not a normal word, it carries some form of witchcraft or something. People lose their minds because of the act, people lose their money because of it, and worst of it all, people lose lives.

A heartbreak can be frustrating, but read this real life story and get your life together

How bad can a heartbreak be?

Well, a heartbreak, probably doesn't come from love alone, it also comes from other staffs, for instance the parents, friends and more.
Have you ever thought: you are hungry, but you don't have the appetite and energy to even eat your favourite food when it's presented to you? That's how bad this thing can take you.
Have you ever thought: that you don't want to associate yourself with people anymore? You just want your alone time? But then, the alone time keeps you sinking and sinking? Well that is how a heartbreak can be.

Here is a true story.

I was young, probably 21, a seed planted by parents to grown in a foreign land, that is in the university soils. I went out with one of my best friends, whom I had known from highschool. So he had convinced me that we should hang around the campus hostels, to see if we could get some new friends.
The sun was up, the clouds were clear, I knocked into my pocket and quickly assembled my old phone between my fingers. A sudden aura passed through my heart, and I had to look up. Ooh! What a beautiful lady, I didn't hesitate. I asked for her number and she said yes to it! You don't want to imagine how it felt.
I was curious to know her, and for sure, the anticipations that I had, made me fall for her in three weeks time. That was quick!
I was so excited hanging out with that beautiful lady of my age, I didn't care the philosophies or psychologies of age. I was okay and comfortable. But here is the thing, I didn't have enough money to keep her, since I only depended from one source of income, my mother's.
I used to take her out, but her some snacks , and I guess she really enjoyed my company. We did everything that a boyfriend and a girlfriend could do to survive the pressure from friends and enemies too.
One day, I stepped into the lonely corridors of her hostel. This time, I had to surprise her, I knew she had no classes that day, and she knew that I had a class, which I missed because of her. I walked with a lot of confidence into her room. I was welcomed with the emptiness of the corridors, no one really walked around. Maybe we could be the two of us alone. Peaceful right?
At a centimeter, I hesitated from knocking. I heard like people were moving from inside, or whispering or maybe talking at a very low tone. But she was my girlfriend, I had to knock. The first time, she didn't hear, maybe she was a sleep. I had to do it again. This time she opened the door in a very slight angle, bothered to know who was that coming to disturb her sleep at that hour.
"Come on in... Didn't you go to class today? I thought..." She spoke without letting me even say hello. On my left sat a man, tall dark and handsome for sure, he was calm and couldn't say a word untill I greeted him.
On the table, was my girlfriend's laptop, which had been away for a week, she had told me earlier that some friends had borrowed the laptop to complete their assignments. I was never bothered by that. What bothered me was the picture of the young man sitting on my right, displaying on the wallpaper of the laptop. Wasn't that laptop supposed to be her's?  This one choked me ! I was already dead inside before uttering any more words!
How could it be? But I loved the girl so much, realising that I had stared at the laptop for sometime without saying anything. She quickly shut it down and asked, "are you okay?" That quick question destroyed my day. I slowly turned and gave them my back, quickly walked through the corridors to where I was coming from. I had wasted my lesson, and my entire evening was ruined.
Realising this was tough, she quickly followed me, held my right hand from behind and softly said, "it ain't what you think.. I can explain it please!" She said, I looked back, drops of tears broke down her cheeks.
But I wasn't interested in hearing anything from her, I was so broken already, but there is something she said, that captured my attention and I froze, "I'm pregnant..."
